We can ship to any address within the United States and U.S. Territories. All purchases will ship from Kailua, Hawaii, via the shipping option chosen at the time of order.

Shipping rates are based on the weight of each item plus packaging. The weight of any item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Orders typically take 2-7 business days to be processed and shipped from HIC. You'll need to add this time to the Transit Times listed below to determine when you'll receive your order.

Transit Times to U.S. Addresses from Hawaii:

  • FedEx: "2-Day": 2 business days
  • USPS Priority: 3-5 business days

If any item in your order is Backordered (temporarily out of stock), you will be notified through email and given the option to continue or cancel your order.

Business days exclude weekends and these Holidays: New Year's Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

RISK OF LOSS

All purchases of physical items from HIC are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping address by the carrier.

RETURNS (Online Orders)

Web orders are eligible for a refund or exchange if returned within 60 days of purchase to our returns department. For a refund, please include HIC receipt.

Requirements for returns:
  • Merchandise must be returned within 60 days of you receiving your order.
  • Merchandise must not be worn, altered, damaged, or washed.
  • Merchandise must have all tags and accessories attached.
  • Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
  • Shipping charges are not reimbursed on returned items.
  • Discounted, Promotion, Sale & Special Order items may not be returned for a refund. You will be issued a store credit.
  • We are unable to process your return if these requirements are not met.

Customer who didn't purchase Redo unlimited returns are responsible for all return shipping charges.

 

RETURNS (In-Store)

You are able to exchange and return items purchased online at any of our shop locations, however, in-store returns will be issued a store credit only. No refunds will be given.
